Naidex is the biggest annual disability conference in the UK, and this year AccessAble were once again in attendance. As an official event partner, we provided the official access guide to Birmingham’s NEC venue - which you can view here.
On the stand across the two days our team were promoting a few new projects - including the recent launch of our brand new portal Your Accessibility Guide (more information here) and our new, groundbreaking partnership with Tui.
Here is a behind the scenes look at the conference from the AccessAble stand:
As a reminder; we are also running a new accessibility survey, to understand more as to how we can help in the disability space. If you have yet to take part in telling us what we can do to assist accessibility everywhere, now is the time to do so.
Naidex was estimated to have had 12,000 people attending before the show; it turned out to be a very busy, fulfilling event. Be it panels, talks, or stalls to stock up on important disability equipment, there was something for everyone.
On the AccessAble stand, we demonstrated the new portal as well as our detailed and accurate access guides; we were also showing our new partnership with Tui.
Some of our ambassadors were also a part of Naidex, in conducting talks about a wide range of subjects specific to the disability space. Our founder, Dr Gregory Burke, also moderated a panel about accessibility and travel.
Naidex is one of our favourite times of year, here at AccessAble - and we hope to see more of you next year!
